Film & Creative Property Solutions
Skyward Realty connects film and creative professionals with the right properties, and investors with a market where demand is growing faster than supply.
Meet the Skyward team in Johannesburg
The Skyward team will be in South Africa for the Ikon Awards learning and networking event, joining the conversation on where real estate meets film. If you want to shoot a film in East Africa, or invest in the region’s growing film and creative industry, come and connect with us in Johannesburg.
The gap we found
The film and creative industry is growing, yet there are no properties built specifically for it. Producers and creatives end up adapting spaces that were never designed for shoots, studios or creative work. At Skyward Realty, we saw that gap and built a service around it.
For producers and creatives
Tell us what your production needs, and we find a property that fits. We help you source suitable spaces for shoots, studios and creative projects, and handle the details with owners so you can focus on the work.
- Locations matched to your script, crew size and schedule
- One point of contact from first enquiry to final wrap
- Well-managed properties with clear terms
For investors
Demand for film and creative spaces is rising while supply stays limited. That is an opening for investors who want to put capital into property with a clear purpose and a growing customer base.
- Acquire or develop film-ready and creative-ready properties
- Earn from production bookings, with furnished rental or corporate use in between
- Let Skyward manage acquisition, setup, bookings and upkeep
How it works
- Tell us your goal. Share your production needs or your investment interest.
- We match. We find suitable properties for producers, or opportunities for investors.
- We manage. We handle viewings, terms, setup and ongoing management.
- You grow. Producers get the right space; investors earn from rising demand.
